She Obviously just wanted Money

Well, the woman who got a restraining order against Randy Moss during the playoffs has filed papers to dissolve the order and dismiss any charges against Moss. Rachelle Washington made allegations that Moss harmed her and that he wouldn't allow her to seek medical attention. Moss denied all the charges that Ms. Washington levied against him. He even called an impromptu press conference where he adamantly denied ever harming Ms. Washington. Now that she has asked for the case to be dismissed and the order dissolved, we can come to two conclusions; Moss settled with her out of court or she just wanted to extort money from him.

My personal opinion is that she was just trying to make some quick cash. They probably argued about something and then one thing led to another and she was filing for a restraining order. There are still a lot of facts that are yet to come out. They could have settled out of court. I don't see this as a likely scenario because of Moss' denial of the allegations. If it were to come out that they settled, it makes him seem like he was guilty of some sort of abuse and it also makes him look like a liar. Moss could have agreed to settle because he didn't want to drag out the process for a long time also. This situation would still make it seem like he wronged her. The reason why I think that she was trying to extort some money out of him is because if she had evidence of any abuse, then she could have taken him to the cleaners through court. She wouldn't be dismissing the case if she had any credible evidence. This woman should see that the mistake she made was trying to mess with Randy Moss. He doesn't beat women, he just runs them over.
